A big congratulations to our printers Pegasus Media and Logistics, who confidently nominated the series for the award and funded our travel and attendance at the awards event, and embraced us as part of their team on the awards night.
The Real Media Awards are organised by the Visual Media Association and recognise outstanding achievements and innovation in the visual media industry.
The significance of recognition in visual media to the educational purpose of the Powerful Geography series, relates to the effective communication of complex geographical content and concepts through the innovative use of visuals and illustrations. The combination of our writers and editors, illustrator, graphic designer and printer brought this vision to life.
